Love to see everyone’s current rotations. This is mine! KD 6, G.T. Run and Kobe mentality.

 The dremel bit right through the durability wrap as well as obviously that layer of upper material. the very top layer. However, on the same token, the uppers are very secure, especially in the rear foot like I talked about because those lace eyelets are integrated along the lace line. so you definitely get a really nice lockdown with the laces

 Here we go Now, the first biggest pro and con of the Volume Six is its weight and balance. Now, the Volume Six is not a featherweight shoe by any means. However, it's really where that weight is in the shoe that makes the biggest difference. Now, when you put on the Volume Six, it does feel very light in the forefoot and it is an entire bed of boost foam, which is really nice because it's a very plush feeling underfoot and very forgiving under your foot

 The shoe is not giving me any cantilevering or any springboard and so if you're trying to get up over an opponent's head with a jump shot, I really wouldn't be looking to these for any assistance or just any power with layups or dunking. These definitely aren't a shoe for that. They're definitely more of a shoe to kind of get your feet out of your own way and to kind of work as kind of like almost an ankle breaker shoe for your opponent. And I will also say if you're looking for a shoe with really strong uppers, like a shoe that you can really kind of power through a crowd with the uppers on, these are a little bit softer

 That's kind of why I said that you can go down a half size with a lot of different widths because the uppers are just so soft and malleable. I mean, even you look at the upper durability test: The dremel 10 seconds highest grit sandpaper. The dremel bit right through the durability wrap as well as obviously that layer of upper material. the very top layer

3 which is almost a full point higher than even Nike Xdr rubber which came in at 10. So you're really getting a nice lockdown in the shoe without having to have a ton of bulk around the ankle collar. And you know, along with their fit, the hardened Volume Six definitely matches up with a very certain type of player. It's definitely something that wants a lot of agility and to be able to really outwork their opponent with footwork and very agile and very quick footwork

I can’t speak on the Dame 8, but the Harden 6 is fantastic. I have the Harden 4 too, but definitely prefer the 6. Better traction and cushion IMO.

Has anyone played with both the Dame 8 and Harden 6? What are your preferences between the two?

I'm currently playing in the harden 4 and enjoy the low profile and lock down in the shoe. Looking for a second pair that has a bit more cushion for outdoors, but has strong lockdown for quick movements.

Dame 8 or Harden 6

 You know, just one or two pretty easy wipes. And it was clean and I had good stops again. So uh, if you don't mind wiping that much and you should be fine with the hardened volume six on a dusty court. Just remember the wipe

 The only type of ventilation you're gonna get is through the tongue and also this mesh material also doesn't have that much ventilation and there's no airflow at all through this material so your foot is gonna be pretty damn hot in this shoe. As far as the aesthetics go, I like it, you know, definitely grow Me and uh, there are some dope color ways coming out as well. I just the thing that I hate about this shoe is how dirty, uh, this shoe gets and how quickly it gets dirty as well. Uh, but other than that, I like the overall design and aesthetic of the shoe

 And also, if you're playing on an outdoor court, you should be fine. The rubber is pretty damn hard, the grooves are deep, and also there are a lot of grooves, so that's a good thing. Usually companies, you know when when the shoe is more expensive, they give us like really crappy durability for I mean like Nike usually does. So uh, if you're going to play on outdoor court, the Harding Volume 6 should be good

So I got a basket at home and just throw some shots and dribble with the ball and stuff. Now I wanna go to the gym and start weightlifting for basketball and also go in my universitys basketball indoor court and play a bit there and therefore I need shoes that I can preferably wear at the gym and at the court. I am 22 years old, 6ft2 and weigh 177lbs. If you have any recommendations please let me know. I would prefer Nikes/Jordans but I am fine with every brand and the budget is around 150 bucks but can go a bit above. Thanks guys!

What shoe should I get?

They look amazing and feel amazing! The the sole is on the firmer side, which is nice sometimes. There are cool little bubble cushions in the back of the ankle area, cool. I wear them for looks not for function so I can’t speak for that.

We went to nearby mall and found a very limited color options for this model. Upon checking Amazon app, we learned about this particular item, which turned out to be cheaper. They arrived on time, very comfy so far.

Looking for budget outdoors shoes.

 You know, it has a very high heel tab. The tongue opens up a lot. just slide your foot in, tighten up the laces and you're good to go. Also in this colorway, I like the laces, you know? Uh, we have a black laces with some green with some infrared stitching on it, which is a nice little touch

 How does it feel on my wood floors? It feels really, really nice. So how does the stop feel? It feels really, really good. It pretty much stops on a dime on my wood floors and uh, there's no squeak which sucks and so I feel like this is gonna be one of those silent traction patterns. And that's what the Spawn the original Spawn was

 but then in their ball shoes it's super stiff right? But then no. in the Spawn 3, it's really really soft. You know there's a good amount of compression, especially underneath your foot and it feels really soft underneath your foot. You know, like I feel like underfoot cushioning is going to be really good

 But let's get it. Started off with the trashiones. So the traction pattern is pretty interesting. We got three X's one here in the forefoot, one here in the midfoot, and one here in the heel

UA Spawn 3 First Impressions!

Traction: the next best thing, the Spawn 3 has nicely spaced grooves and a softer rubber compound that offers AMAZING grip on my wood and tile flooring. i don’t expect it to last outdoors though, seeing that it’s actually really soft. the stop isn’t SUPER hard, and is still friendly on the knees and joints. i had no slipping whatsoever, even when i intentionally spilt dust on the floor so i could test that

 Uh, and it's a really, really responsive shoe. Like I said, the traction is really good, cushion is responsive, it's supportive, and the fit is good so my foot isn't like moving anywhere inside the shoe. Lock down was good and all that. So uh yeah, you feel very quick and light on your feet when you're playing this all right

 I cannot believe how like thin this upper is. It does feel a little bottom heavy, but that's okay. Uh, and it's a really, really responsive shoe. Like I said, the traction is really good, cushion is responsive, it's supportive, and the fit is good so my foot isn't like moving anywhere inside the shoe

 Uh, it has a little bit of an outsole curvature guys. Uh, if you guys see, the outsole comes up a lot here on the medial side. So if you're doing like crossovers and stuff like that and you do this type of movement a lot while doing that, then you're good to go. You know you have the rubber outsole coming up a lot for extra added grip and you have all it curves up a little bit here

 but it's still really nice and I appreciate that. uh, that they added that here in the spawn. three. As far as the durability goes, the durability seems okay

right now i have the Spawn 3s, KD13, Zoom BB NXT (just because its comfy), Kobe 4 and Curry 8.

Basically the title, thought it was interesting to hear what everyones go-to is.

Mine are the Jordan 35s and the Kyrie 7, only used them indoors and they perform really well for me, even though the durability doesnt seem that great on the 35s.

YOUR favourite basketball shoe right now?

  Grip is amazing shoe!  Cushion is perfect - not too firm, not too soft.  Feels good all over my foot.  It's LOW, but I'm okay with low-tops and haven't even noticed it while playing.  I've put in some hours on the court with these shoes and so far, they're killing it!  I'm trying to find another pair somewhere!  love these!
