The boost adidas shoes are the ones with the best cushion but now the only ones available are the Trae Young 1 (I believe) and the new Harden Vol 6. There are some positive initial reviews about the Hardens in YouTube.

I can’t speak on the Dame 8, but the Harden 6 is fantastic. I have the Harden 4 too, but definitely prefer the 6. Better traction and cushion IMO.

The shoes look a little fat, but they have a boost in them so they are comfortable to land on. I am very satisfied with the structure that protects the Achilles tendon at the back of the shoe. However, the length was long enough to feel a burden, so I requested an exchange to try half size smaller.

In terms of shoes you would probably want something with good stability and a wide base. The Harden 6 is supposed to have good stability, KD14 is a good all around shoe. Most shoes should be good, I might avoid some Lebrons as they can have iffy stability and definitely avoid the zoom freak 3s those are the worst for stability.

Harden has always had great shoes but this was definitely a step up from the harden vol 5. The court feel and traction on this is extremely good on all courts . Another thing I like is how stable it is when playing. Lateral movements feel very good !
