I want something that will have a good bass profile and overall sound quality, no muddy bass or piercing highs, and can hold a stable connection to iPhones/Apple products.

There are other headphones out  there that look similar and while the headphone fits comfortably, it  worked better during stationary sessions than when walking  around. While in motion, the bud needs frequent adjustment to keep a  tight seal, which is crucial to getting the high-quality sound the  headphone is capable of producing

 The Triple Driver sounds superior, with richer, more detailed sound.  I don't even know why they are considered monitoring headphones, they are definitely not. They fall in the range of an apple EarPods, Sony, etc. I can tell you that I have tried all of those and I can tell you with total certainty that a Sony sounds much better, and all of them (apple, Sony, etc) cost less than $50 dollars. I have felt a little tinge before, but nothing like this. It hurt quite badly. I am wondering if this is a common thing to happen and if it has to do with the model of earbud. The triple drivers have a metal housing, so maybe they are not insulated properly.

Only one earbud can connect at a time and the bluetooth page shows Sabbat X12 Pro and Sabbat X12 Pro-R. I've tried hard resetting (Press for 20 seconds while off) and resetting it while in the case, both methods don't seem to work. Any advice?

Both are starting to fall apart because of intensive use (X2's are not repairable, Nightowl's maybe, haven't found the spare headband required). I really dig the comfort of both pair of cans.
* **Preferred Music** \- I have a diverse Roon Library (also Tidal HiFi), consisting out of some EDM / loungy stuff for background during work, some pop and rock, some international music, a fair bit of female vocal tracks (Peia Luzzi for a specific example).
* **What would you like to improve on from your set-up** \- I really need comfort for extended use. I do less "critical listening" than I initially anticipated and more casual listening while working / browsing the web, etc... The build quality of my Nightowls (bought them near launch, at their launch price) hasn't really stood the test of time, but I like how they sound for most of my listening. For games they are ok, but I prefer the X2's for their better soundstage and imaging although they feel a bit less precise in their reproduction of sound compared to the Nightowls. A new set of cans should ideally be really comfortable, have a wide soundstage and good imaging, and is not too sterile in terms of frequency response (I believe both X2's and Nightowl's are considered "fun"/ "warm/colored"?). I like my cans to have a good amount of bass, but probably not "basshead" kind of levels...

If you live outside of the US, please also provide:

- **Isolation**: I would like a lot. I'm using this at home not in public, but I have a loud ass furnace right behind me in the winter and I'm moving to the city some point. So active sound cancelling I suppose would work well for the furnace. However I have tinnitus so passive would be preffered. Im unsure how active cancellation might affect tinnitus, although I figure the less your ear is exposed to the better. My primary reason for switching headphones is for better isolation.

- **Preferred tonal balance**: I'm kinda ok with whatever I suppose. Listen to a lot of music, and game a fair bit, not sure what would be best here. 

- **Past headphones**: steelseries arctis 5 (current), some other cheap steelseries and another cheap sennheiser. Both of these were like <$30.

- **Preferred music**: I listen to a lot of metal (death, black, tech, blackgaze, folk, drone, ect), as well as drone, neofolk, ambient, shoegaze.

- **What I would like to improve**: well I really like my arctis 5 atm, the major issue I have is sound isolation. I have tinnitus and I avoid turning the volume up as much as possible but it becomes difficult to hear with the background noise in my living situation. I used to be into competitive gaming and it was always trying to find a balance between hearing teammates, maintaining auditory awareness and trying desperately not to make my tinnitus worse. I loathed needing yo make that choice but I figure there will always be more tournaments but I only got 2 ears.

I was poking around some at the recommend headphones and the mmx 300 caught my eye, but I'm unsure how the noise isolation is.
