I want something that will have a good bass profile and overall sound quality, no muddy bass or piercing highs, and can hold a stable connection to iPhones/Apple products.

The headphones sound pretty good--clear and crisp, although not a lot of bass if that's your thing. They are comfortable, and fit my ears well, which is a key concern to me. But the control button on the cord causes problems, and I'm going to stop using them with my iPod. That's a problem, because I mainly use my iPod when I work out, and that's what I bought the headphones for

Orchestral tracks, like the opening scene in John Adams' The Gospel According to the Other Mary, sound phenomenal. You get the richness of the lower register instrumentation and the bright treble edge of the higher register strings, brass, and vocals perfectly complementing each other. The balance here is nearly perfect, with the bass response playing a supporting role without shrinking into the distance—you get a wonderful sense of the space the recording was made in, and ideal clarity throughout the entire frequency range.

I kept seeing things about Koss, and wanted a new pair with an inline mic to use in video calls. I took the cheap plunge, and they sound fab. I was sceptical at first but they are easily the best cheap headphones I've heard, and Yaxi pads make them even more comfy. 10/10, would get again

and that is a problem. A $100 pair of IEM's isnt disposable. You should be able to fix them. No excuse for not being able to

I've bought 2 sets of these and one of the previous version. I kept going back because the fit is by far the best thing I've experienced for working out and the sound is solid. They are great but just don't last. I had the microphone break on 2 pairs and one pair short out after a while

Steve compared the Triple Driver with his favorite under $100 in-ear headphone, the FiiO EX1, and found the sound very different. While the earpieces of the two designs have a similar shape, the Triple Driver is finished to a higher standard and did a better job blocking external noise than the EX1.The EX1 is clearer and more transparent while but the Triple Driver's sound is richer and more textured. It was akin to listening to headphones plugged into a tube amplifier -- everything was just a little prettier and nicer sounding with the Triple Driver

I have small ears & most earbuds start to hurt after 15 minutes or so, these fit great without falling out & don’t hurt at all. The over the ear plastic part could be a bit smaller for me, but they work great. They are pretty good for noise canceling, I usually keep one out if I’m running so that I can hear approaching bikes/traffic/whatever, they are awesome for blocking out the sound of my neighbors baby crying in the next apartment.

its just a SHAME! (Look at the pictures) COMFORT: - They are not comfortable at all, you have to find the right Tip for you... the plastic Tip because probably the foam one is already broken

I bought these because I have always had trouble with standard earbuds staying in my small ears. These come with a set of small, medium, and large earbud cushions, which I appreciate. Combined with the over-the-ear design, the earbud swivels to the appropriate position to insert comfortably and securely in my ears. My only minor complaint is that the cable is long and unwieldy; would be great for someone working out, not so much for couch-potato listening or stuffing in a bag

Just doing a side by side test based on comfort and audio clearness, my old (2015) iPhone earphones (that have been through the washing machine, oops) are better than these. I reached out to the seller, and based off the other reviews, there's a good chance that they will clear this up and I will get a pair of earphones worth the $60 price tag. In this case, I will update my review to reflect any new information. If not, then I will be quickly returning these (and awfully frustrated that I have to pay return shipping out of pocket for such a disappointing product)

This is a five star rating for a pair of sub $20 headphones and the info below is relative to the price. Durability: 10/10 I've had this just over a year and I hit the gym several times a week. I haphazardly wrap these around my armband in transit, and in use, i run them through my shirt sleeve down to my arm. No issues
