 Some taking you to discounters, some taking you to eBay, which is where the discontinued ones are available.  Others have been discontinued for a while, and they're really hard to find, and really eBay is going to be your best bet for those, and some of these are going to be going for very high prices on eBay, and others are a bit more affordable. So we'll provide links to all of the loam flankers that we talk about today in this video. A lot will take you to discounters, some will take you to eBay, and from there I will make sure to link to reputable eBay sellers so you can grab some of these discontinued ones if you want. Now we have a lot to go through here, about 10 of them to be exact, and this has been one of the more expensive buying guide videos, because, well, these discontinued ones that I had to pick up weren't that cheap, at least some of them weren't, and I wanted to try to do the entire line, especially for loam, because I think this is a very important line of men's fragrances

 This while it's the same fragrance, it's just in an older formulation and there is a difference there in smell for sure, over the years it has been reformulated. I do like this one, it is interesting, more for the fact that it is an older formulation of L'homme, and I do like that little floating thing in there, pretty cool, just kind of a weird bottle to stack, but again, same thing as the original, same note breakdown, all of that stuff. So I just went through the entire line of L'homme fragrances here, I believe I got them all. There was a couple edition arts, but those are just the same as the original L'homme, just in a different collector's bottle, kind of similar to the Jean Nouvelle bottle, same scent, just a different bottle there

 Now we're to the part where I tell you my favorites, honestly I'm gonna start with the obvious one, just the original L'homme is my favorite from the entire line, out of all of these flankers, we've got 10 of them here, out of all of them in total, the original L'homme is still my favorite. That is just a timeless, beautiful scent for me, it always has been. Now if I were to pick a second favorite, it might be Old Team, I really like Old Team, again discontinued now unfortunately. If I were to pick another one after that, I don't mind L'Intense, I like the sweetness that it has, Libra's pretty good, a lot of the ones that I do like are discontinued, a lot of the newer ones, Cologne Blue, Les Parfums are a bit on the boring side, and those I don't really care for that much, but they are pleasant

 What ultimately sold me on this cologne is that close to 85% or more of the reviews for this product were solely from women raving about its sent. I wear cologne for my own enjoyment but seeing how many women were in love with this cologne is what had me sold. Last night was the first time I tried YSL on a date. The review was quite positive ;-)  This would definitely be a 5 star product in my mind if I didn't have to use 4-6 sprays before getting noticed

I tend to be somewhat obsessive before making my purchases so I spent close to half a day reading through customer reviews of the top recommended male colognes out there.  When I'm inside the stores I'm still spraying to see what it's performing like. And there's not a big difference but I'm sure many of you out there would agree with me that the performance on this one has not gotten better with the reformulation. It's gotten worse! And with that said if I had to find one thing to dislike about this fragrance it would be the performance or lack thereof. Now on my skin I'm getting about 4 hours of longevity and about 1, 1

 You're not going to drown anyone out. Now listen don't spray the whole bottle because you probably will drown someone out maybe for an hour and then they'll go away. But it's a very inoffensive fragrance you really can't go wrong with it. The compliment factor on this one is through the roof which is why it's been so popular for so many years

 Listen I like to call this thing Little Homie. You might like to call it loan but at the end of the day we have a great fragrance. Now this fragrance has been around for at least 10 years so I know it's not new to anyone but we have another subscribers choice. Let me dig into the notes here

 But it's a very inoffensive fragrance you really can't go wrong with it. The compliment factor on this one is through the roof which is why it's been so popular for so many years. And it still garners the respect of the people in the fragrance community because this thing is going to work. And it's going to work without a doubt for any situation

Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme Fragrance Review | YSL Men's Cologne Review

 I wonder if this bottle is old, was sitting on a shelf in a warehouse. There isn't any bargain in high-end colognes. Buying from Amazon was about $18 less than Macys or Lord & Taylor.

L'homme is a delicious scent that women like very much. I gave 4 stars because I'm not sure the scent in this bottle is as strong as the bottle I was given as gift by my daughter that she bought locally. I wonder if this bottle is old, was sitting on a shelf in a warehouse. There isn't any bargain in high-end colognes

LADIES LIKE THS GREAT SCENT!

 And if there is lemon, it's really in the background or not there at all. But for the most part in the opening, what you get is a really nice fresh bergamot and a little bit of ginger in the backdrop. But that changes almost immediately. About 15 to 20 seconds into spraying it, you get some violet leaf creeping in along with that Tahitian vetiver and some spiciness

 It's a nice citrusy with a little bit of ginger in the background. But it says that you also get lemon here, but I don't smell the lemon because I think that the bergamot is kind of overpowering it. And if there is lemon, it's really in the background or not there at all. But for the most part in the opening, what you get is a really nice fresh bergamot and a little bit of ginger in the backdrop

 You don't really get too much of it after that. The ginger comes in a little bit more fuller and then it mixes with the spices, the white pepper to give it a little spice, the violet leaf to give it that floral, and then the Tahitian vetiver comes up through the base with a little bit of cedar and then the tonka bean that gives it that creaminess. So you have a nice florally, but not too florally, warm and spicy woods note that really comes out in this base. It's hard to really explain because it's basic, but at the same time, it's not

 So this is my first time actually trying this. I heard over the years that there has been a lot of reformulations of this and that the performance has changed and that the scent has changed. I'm just telling you that based on my reaction right now, I am reacting based on if you want to buy this in the store right now, what it would smell like, not what it smelled like originally, because I don't know any of that information. I just know what it smells like to me now

The smell is amazing, I can't wait to wear it out and see how the reaction's are with my body chemistr. My go to for years has been Armani Code and I always got compliments when I was wearing it. I think this will too. In the words of my friend whom recommended it "It's f*** me cologne"

 It's a little bit more like sensual. You could say it is just incredible. This fragrance is possibly again, one of the most perfect fragrances that I've ever smelled. It's literally the perfect balance of everything
