So today we're going to be looking at Burberry London and this one is going to be for women. So we've got a 30 ml bottle this one I purchased at Ross for just $19.99 so not a bad price

 This one is an EDP so I do like the box on there but let's go ahead and check out the bottle. That to me is just too cute with that little almost looks like it's got a little sweater on and I'm already smelling a little bit of that so it is wrapped with the cloth but you can see the juice in there so you are able to tell how much you have left in it and then on the bottom we'll also have our batch code that way you can verify your purchase. So cute little bottle and it does feel like it is glued like right here but very cute little bottle. Chrome cap so I do like the look of that bottle it's just like got its little coat on I think that's cute

 All right so we've got the plaid packaging I think that they gave it a feminine touch by adding that little splash of pink on there so I think that looks nice. On the bottom we've got our barcode we've also got our batch code shows made in Germany. This one is an EDP so I do like the box on there but let's go ahead and check out the bottle. Burberry London for men - blind bought this. I've worn it around the house a couple times and just can't get behind it. Christmas time craft store vibes. Smells like cheap holdiay scented candles, air fresheners and scented pine cones

worst 

angel/mugler—first of all, it’s worth noting i am a huge fan of patchouli. i know that’s a polarizing note and a major reason why people dislike this so much, for me that’s not the case. i enjoy a lot of notes in this, however it’s just too much of everything resulting in an overpowering, headache inducing mess. everything i hate about perfume in a bottle. it’s like when you’re a kid and combine all the colors together hoping for something beautiful, but it just turns out the ugliest shade of brown. 

la vie est belle/lancome—i hate this one for all the reasons i hate angel. maybe i don’t like patchouli mixed with fruit? anyways, it’s suffocating in a very similar way. 

sauvage/dior—i think aquatics are sexy af on both men and women. this ain’t it tho. douchey fuck boy in a bottle. i know this is popular so don’t take it personally. i had a pretty long hoe phase and i just associate this with the shittiest dudes lol. 

good girl/carolina herrera— it smells like a basic bitch but something about it also makes me feel nauseous? it’s syrupy and smells like hairspray. i love vanilla and i actually enjoy most of the notes listed (jasmine, white florals, amber...). not sure what it is, i’ve smelled it multiple times thinking my opinion might change and it just makes me feel sorta sick. it’s just not for me. 

viva la juicy couture— i hated this when it came out and high school and i hate it just as much now. similar to the precious ones, i don’t think it’s any specific note. it’s headache inducing and makes my teeth hurt (this is a weird thing that happens to me with scents lol). i recently smelled silken tent by alkemia and i had a similar visceral reaction.  sure enough i looked it up on fragrantica and the perfume people thought was similar was THIS. icky. 


best 
—all scents on ‘best’ list last a full work day on me—

santal blush— warm, creamy, spicy sandalwood. i love sandalwood! i preferred this over santal 33–i found it smoother and prettier. it’s intoxicating. my everyday scent. out of everything i’ve tried this one fits my personality the most if that makes sense. 

memoirs of a trespasser—i’ve been wearing this to bed every night—pulled the trigger on the bottle after my second sample bc i was about to run out. wood, vanilla, smoke. dry, slightly boozy. it’s sweet, but it’s a sweet incense, not pound cake. so cozy, i’m obsessed with it. 

glossier you—my go to work scent for the past three years—it’s definitely smells like pencil shavings, however i love that.  i smell so pretty and clean! it’s also so good for layering. i’ve gotten the most compliments from this if that matters to y’all. 

thé noir—black tea and tobacco ((leaf)). i feel like this ones approachable enough to wear to work and then out to dinner later. i love earthy scents, i also love tobacco but sometimes find it to be too overwhelming. in here it’s so well balanced. makes me feel cozy in the same way that MOAT does. this is probably my favorite scent atm and i can’t wait for fall :)

noir de noir—sexiest scent i own. black dress, red lipstick and heels. wine and dine followed by more wine and classy hotel sex. makes me feel like a bad bitch.

 I'm not picking up on the tobacco, and I'm pretty happy about that, if I'm being honest. But I do kind of smell the mimosa. It smells like a good time. No, I really like this

 He's wearing a little sweater, a little Burberry sweater. Love that. I'm going to spray it on my wrist. As it's settling, I can tell you it has top notes of cinnamon, lavender, bergamot, leather, mimosa, tobacco, and oak moss

 Okay. That is a complicated fragrance. Well, I need to digest that a little bit more. I love, I really, I'm realizing I love anything with like cinnamon, cinnamon flavors, and I love it when it combines with bergamot, the citrus

I was just out shopping and sampled Azzaro The Most Wanted EDP and it was an instant buy for me. 

A really strong sweet scent that sharpens up and refines a little in the dry down 

This is my new number 1 night time/out frag because it’s just SO GOOD. 

And not expensive too.
