The difference between this and a quality set may not have been as apparent to me had I not purchased another brand’s set that’s 800 thread count. When you look at the two side by side, there’s just absolutely no comparison. For about $30 more for the queen size set, I’m going to return this one and splurge on a second set of the others

White sheets- 400 thread count. Nothing special

The sheets are very well made for 400 thread count, with new deeper mattress the 18" pocket securely hold the sheet in place. The Purity Home sheets are a  Great quality for 400 thread count. You'll get a great nite sleep on your new sheets to!

Bad smell

 These sheets came up in my online search with good reviews so I ordered the slate grey (king) to try them out.  The color is a rich neutral grey, the weight of the fabric is light yet durable and the stitching/edges are finished well. Out of the box I did notice a slight odor but it dissipated after the initial washing/drying cycle. The sheet set is sized correctly and I found it easy to put the fitted sheet on our king mattress without any unnecessary tugging required

Updated review 7/12/22. In order to soften these sheets a bit more quickly I used baking soda instead of my regular detergent in the wash cycle and also added white vinegar to the rinse cycle. This made a significant difference in the feel and comfort of the material. After several wash/dry cycles the quality of the seams and construction seems to be holding up well

 Given the 400 thread count and lighter feel of the fabric I hope with a few more washings the cotton will get softer with use. Still undecided if we will keep this set.

Good Quality & Fit

 The fitted sheet is deep enough to fit well over our pillow top Tempurpedic mattress. The top sheet is not as generous as some premium brands but works okay. In summary, I think these are good sheets for the price and would definitely buy them again when needed.

 This tells me that the sheets may wear out more quickly than some. They are quite soft and, although almost satiny at first, have evolved over a few months of use and laundering into a less smooth, but still cozy and comfortable, texture.   EDIT- Will not buy these again. Way too much material for the "fitted" sheet. Washed 3 times in hot water and fitted sheet is still too big.

 I’ve had 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets before and they didn’t behave this way. Maybe it’s the bright white color. May try a darker color next time. Overall, for the price I’m pretty satisfied

Very soft

 The elastic is good quality and fits our 30cm thick mattress well (king size). I love the color and the pillowcases also fit the pillows well. However, the material is kind of a thick weave. I would not say it is scratchy, per se, but its more on that end than it is soft

Good quality but not the softest

 It Feels Nice To Sleep On But Haven't Tested Them For The Hot California Summer Yet. The Only Complaint Is That The Color Is Not As Shown In The Photos. The Blue Is Actually A Light Seafoam Blue. Also Wrinkles Easily But I Personally Do Not Mind That
