I'm on the fence about this, because the hose itself feels very durable and is attractive, but for my uses it's not a good hose.  I needed a hose for hand-watering and other reviews did mention that the flow rate was low, but that it was plenty for hand-watering. I strongly disagree. I have a medium-flow watering wand and the flow coming out of the hose was so low that the water wasn't ejected from the wand with force and instead dribbled down the watering head and spattered heavily against the soil, which would easily pop seeds out of place

To get somewhat okay water pressure I had to bypass my filter, timer, and backflow-preventer and connect it directly to the bib. Even then, it's pretty limp and only travels a couple feet away from the watering wand

Not enough flow for hand watering

this hose is very tightly coiled and quite narrow

It is very skinny, but that is fine because it is not heavy and works great on the patio.

 After patching holes in old hoses that I've had for almost a decade now, I decide it was better to spend a bit more for something that will last longer.  Some reviews mentioned the restricted flow while others seemed to indicate that this is not a big issue and hardly noticeable. For me, it is definitely noticeable and is the main drawback with this hose since it limits the applications to garden watering; you may not want to use this with an impact sprinkler or a pressure washer as there is a notable drop off in flow rate. I have a few other minor complaints such as the tendency to "stick" more so than other hoses I've owned

For starters, the smaller diameter yields a significant weight savings

  If you want ultimate maneuverability for watering in the garden, this is the hose for you.  As long as you know this, then you won't be disappointed. Given the premium price tag, I hope it holds up!

 This is the Yard Butler Handy Reel, and it's a miniature reel that stores this hose efficiently. I've been hand coiling my hose this whole time and that got old. I didn't want a full-size reel taking up space when I only use this hose maybe 10 times a year.  This summer I started applying my own yard chemicals, mainly in liquid form using a Chapin hose-end sprayer

I have 8000 square feet of turf and was using my standard 5/8" hose, which was heavy and a pain to maneuver around flower beds and other obstacles. I came looking for a smaller, lighter hose

 I pull my hoses around patio furniture to avoid flower beds, and this hose tends to "grab" and not slide easily. Again, this may go away as the hose gets used more. I've experienced a couple of kinks, but they happen from my own poor hose management. If you let the hose twist too much and then pull it, the loops may kink

If a Bluetooth hose existed, this would be it (for specific applications)

 I don't believe that Amazon offers this version yet, but for myself, my opinion is that this "slim" version is adequate enough for any home use. In fact, I believe before Water Right began selling their high delivery version, they provided test results for water delivery rates between their slim design hose and standard garden hoses and the differences were negligible ..

Excellent hose!  My third...  Highly recommended!
