 Just set it down just like so and you can walk away and it will automatically go out of the line. and then when you want to use it again, just remember to prime the line. So to prime the line you just simply turn this the either or off. So to prime the line you just turn it off like that and then turn the spout spigot on

bought this back in Jan 2022 and use it mostly for car wash and plant watering which requires dragging it across driveway blacktop. Noticed the casing is starting to show wear, not sure if it is close to wearing through or if it's only the outer covering. Will continue to use until it pops. Happy with it so far but hope it lasts at least another season
