Am I missing out?
I started feeling like my knees were hyperextended every morning I woke up in it as I've gotten older, so I recently bought a longer Warbonnet Blackbird XLC. That has solved my knee issues that cropped up in the shorter hammock.
No more cold bottom, what is your underquilt?
With the right equipment - you WILL stay warm. I have two set-ups.... Warbonnet Blackbird XLC with their Wookie UQ rated at 0 degrees along with an UQP made by 2QZQ - then I use my Outdoor Vitals Summit series -15 down bag as a top quilt... wearing a good down jacket is also a must. I may also slide a Thermarest NeoXtherm Max pad in between the double layer...

2021 hammock recommendations? Upgrading from an Eno
Im somewhat tall and 220ish pounds, and i love my warbonnet blackbird XLC. I upgraded to that from my Hennessy Expedition XL, which was also very comfy but weighed quite a bit more. Top notch craftsmanship, super comfortable fabrics (dream tex nylon) and has a ton of accessories to fit whatever type of hammocking youre into.
An Amazing Year of Hangs
Stored in Sea to Summit E-Vent dry bag. * Essentials: Crocs slides, Dangle Bong from Dangle Supply, Black Diamond Spot 350 headlamp, Amazon Kindle Paperwhite. The Warbonnet was a godsend.

Double layered hammock vs single layered
If you are set on the double layer, I recommend considering Warbonnet Blackbird XLC or Warbonnet Ridgerunner (bridge) instead of the Hennessy. I own a Hammock Gear Circadian, and when I purchased it the salesman (Harry) told me that he uses one himself all the time and he weighs 280 lbs and is 6 ft 4. Hammock Gear has a good reputation and I believe Harry.
It seems like warbonnet is the place to go and although expensive I plan on using it as much as possible. Apart from price is there anything else noteworthy between the Eldorado and the Blackbird XLC that any of you regulars have picked up on.
I just got my Warbonnet blackbird XLC with wookie underquilt rate to -6. I was out sleeping and the temperature was about +2. I have a sleeping bag rate comfort to -13. but i was freezing. I did shake the wookie so the downfill was under my but and bag.

Hammock Recommendations?
* Warbonnet Blackbird XLC - most utilitarian (shelf). * Dutchware Chameleon - most customizable. I've got the WBBB XLC because I like throwing stuff in the shelf (electronics, water, stuff bags, clothing) and the wooki sets up the UQ perfectly and quickly every time.
