Hennessy Hammock Expedition Asym Zip Review
It's nice that it's separated some people, don't like it. You have these extra hooks up here, the material, the knot, the ripstop nylon - feels really really sturdy, really high-quality. It can probably take some abuse

The Hennessy Expedition Asym Zip Hammock seems decent, but I'm worried about a few things: it sounds like the tarp is very small and I'm worried it won't be sufficient for west coast rain, and I've heard it's not quite as comfy as the Blackbird. . Those are the two I've narrowed down to. The Dutchware products seemed to be a bit out of my price point.

The expedition is suitable for people under 6' / 250 pounds. If you're any taller you might want to consider the larger Explorer Deluxe.
I own the zipper version of both models and at 6'1" it's not as comfortable as the explorer deluxe.

By far the best hammock on the market
I don't even know where to begin, I have so many positive things to say about this hammock, it is in my opinion the absolute best Hammock on the market. Hennessy Hammock Review - Mountains with Megan
This past spring, I ordered a Hennessy Hammock Hyperlite Asym Zip. My job as a ridge runner in Connecticut and Massachusetts has me camping on the trail more nights that not. I previously used an ENO hammock, but I wanted to upgrade to a better backpacking setup. Update: I’ve now owned this hammock ...
Best Hammock of 2022 - GearLab
The Hennessy Expedition Asym balances comfort, weight, and price better than any other tested models. The weight is in line with most of the full shelters we tested, but its comfort and price far outweigh the less pricey options. The asymmetric design allowed our testers to achieve a reasonably flat...

New to hammock camping; Lessons learned for a product well made but too small for a 6' man.
I am 6' 200# and this is too small for me when in a sleeping bag. I also found that finding trees the best distance is 14'+/-2'. The tree hugger straps work well, but seem to be a bit small. I have to take an extra strap with me to extend it most of the time. The fly is small, but actually kept me d...
