 One of the nice things this baby monitor has going on is the alerts like low battery and out of range which give you a warning beforehand. The FIH Tech DM Triple One really shines in the department of sound quality. It gets rid of the background noise and interference. It has a sound indicator that has five levels of lights that blip when the volume is higher in the other part, even if you've muted the receiver

 and to add to that is the battery light of just 13 hours, which is rather disappointing meaning that you'll have to use this monitor plugged in most of the times. This device also lacks features. It's simple and no frills baby to parents sound transmitter, but it does that job pretty well. If you want more features you might want to look elsewhere

The VTech DM triple one is designed to transmit clear sounds from a child's room while you're finishing chores or doing work around the house. While the DECT 6.0 digital technology does its job, the DM Triple One in terms of sound quality and clarity excels with high marks even compared to baby monitors with more expensive price tags

Today We will be reviewing the VTech DM 111 Audio Baby monitor with up to 1,000 feet of range 5 level sound indicator digitized transmission belt clip only. Cons: are short battery life and at times some interference with other electronic devices

 Only con is the receiver chews through batteries within hours so most the time you have to be plugged in. The base unit which you place in the room to be monitored has a plug and cannot be powered by batteries. The plug is about 5 feet long so be aware if you need a longer cord that may be an issue. The receiving unit has three buttons: power volume up and volume down and two indicator lights for power link and low battery

I got this as a baby shower present for my son. I'm not into the video/wifi/techie thing, so I figured this would be a great for for us. It works great, little static, clear sound, but the battery life is terribly short.

Sound quality: There is some static, but we have quite a bit of wi-fi running through our house. It does not effect the usability of the product, but some may find it annoying. This is the only thing holding it back from 5 stars.

Range: I live on three stories in a townhouse, and have the child's unit on the top floor, with the parental unit on the bottom floor. No problems!

The media could not be loaded. The battery life is not great! I’m pretty good with DIY battery changing I do a lot of stuff with lithium ion battery chargers and battery stacks. so I decided to swap out the two crappy nickel metal hydride batteries that were already in it and replace them with two that I know we’re good.  The lifespan of the receiver is considerably longer with the newer batteries and higher capacity
