- Not good for expert skiers
Gear stolen. Silver lining: I need new gear.
For the same price you can find much more fun skies. I would look into volkl Blaze 94s, blizzard Bonifides, Atomic bent chetlet 90s, Nordica Enforcer 94. Since you're on Hood, ON3P is the local cult brand (honestly don't know if it's the bets for your ski type but hell of a lot more fun than Rossi.)

Suggestions for all mountain ski demo list
Line Sick Day 94. Have not skied them personally, but should fit what you're looking for here and the budget. Some others to consider if you can find last year's model: Volkl Blaze 94, Salomon QST 99 or 92, Liberty Origin 96.

Ski Purchasing Analysis Paralysis
As another commenter said, the Blaze 94 is a great lightweight ski that is pretty snappy. The Sick Day 94 is also a fun ski and a bit more playful/loose than the Blaze. The Kore is very stiff and light and not the best carver, as it's more freeride focused. The Mindbender is heavy and quite powerful and definitely better for more advanced/expert skiers especially if you go for a longer length.
