BEST SNORKEL GEAR FOR BEGINNERS | US Divers Snorkel Set Review

They (I bought three sets) worked good, but I'd probably go one step up in price and quality if i'd do it again. We went on our first snorkeling trip as a family and purchased this mid range priced set. The fins are ok but a little stiffer than the other peoples on the boat and the mask worked ok but leaked more than the full face ones some people had on the boat. I'm satisfied because now they will sit in our storage room for years but if I was going to be an annual user of this stuff I'd upgrade to a better product

I purchased this for a female friend to do some snorkeling with If I could rate the pieces separately I would give the storage bag 5 stars (very nice) and the snorkel tube 3 stars (the GoPro camera mount didn't allow for much camera adjustment), but the mask would get no stars. I rated the whole set at 1 star because without a decent mask the entire experience was ruined. What's wrong with the mask? The rubber seal is much too narrow to make a good seal on your face. It leaked constantly

A TERRIBLE MASK

 I thought perhaps there may be a clasp that was loose, but I was incorrect. Seems the weak rubber piece that holds the strap to the goggle face plate broke. It took absolutely no force at all, so perhaps it was broken before arriving. Either way, after seeing this weak point, I will return it and try a different product

He used them a little over three hours total and the foot strap broke For what I paid for them they should have lasted longer than that, and because I didn't get to see him until after his birthday I was unable to return them.
