I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

quick question, what do you all use to moisturize you babies after bath/in evenings? My guy has dry/sensitive skin and I’ve had the best luck with Aquaphor/Vaseline, but I feel like he tries to rub it off because It’s so thick and ugh. Mustela dry skin lotion also works okay, but I have to apply 2-3 times per day to keep him moisturized. And both his father and I have sensitive skin and eczema as kids. Any suggestions on what to do or try that’s not Vaseline?

<p>EDIT: thank you to everyone for your suggestions! A bit more info - we used Tide free &amp; clear (but will look into the detergent suggestions, as well). And although I love natural moisturizers like coconut oil, his skin just soaks it up like a sponge and then he’s dry again! But it did work well for his scalp for cradle cap. </p>

<p>I only bathe him 2 - 3 times per week, depending on how dirty he is. I do apply moisturizer while he’s still damp from his bath to lock in moisture. And he does have dry patches on his legs, I didn’t know that was so common.</p>

My doctor diagnosed my 1 year old baby with eczema and suggested I just apply a run of the mill gentle moisturizer. 

She has these red blotches in her face. I've tried Live Clean's standard baby moisturizer and it's making her face redder.

My son is about 18 weeks old now and has about 4 huge patches of eczema exclusively on his face!! I’ve tried eucerin, I’ve tried aquaphor, I’ve tried Vaseline, it just seems odd that it’s only on his face and nowhere else! Has anyone else had this problem?? My boyfriend has eczema but not like this and I’ve never had it so I don’t know how to properly treat it or if it can lead to an infection or anything. Any suggestions or pro tips would be so appreciated!

My baby has a drool rash under his chin/neck area. I tried putting his eucerin eczema cream that I put on his skin rashes but with no luck. He doesn’t have a rash on his chin or chest I just think that little area where the skin folds stays damp for longer with drool. Bibs won’t help as they don’t cover that area and he rips them off lol

So I recently found out the my LO has eczema. His pediatrician prescribed us this cream. I changed his detergent as well as his dryer sheets to the brand All free &amp; clear. I give him a lukewarm bath every night before bed. Sometimes I put oatmeal in it, tonight I’m going to try some breast milk. I heard some moms say it helps. After I ran out of the cream, I started to use aveeno lotion/body wash. No matter what I do, I feel like it’s not getting better. His skin always looks red and I can see that he’s itching. Is there anything else I can do? What products did you guys use?
