As the title suggests, I get ridiculously dry and chapped lips over winter. All the vaseline in the world isn't really helping. What's your winter lip HG?

 I've done it for years so that skin is really dry and itchy all the time. I have used every kind of cream and oil and nothing helped. I used the Papaw *one* time and there was a huge difference. I've been sure to use it on that elbow every day now, but it's so much better that I probably only need to use it every now and then

  I don't find that this is as good as a lip balm as some people think. Maybe the papaw sold as a lip balm has a slightly different formula?  Because of how well this treated the skin on my elbow, I am using it daily on my knees, feet, and ankles. These are the driest areas of my body and perhaps this ointment will at least keep them from getting worse.  This is kind of pricey for the amount but it doesn't take much for my elbow
