Titan Fitness Lat Pulldown. It's cheaper than what you'll find elsewhere without sacrificing quality, Coop from GarageGymReviews does an amazing review on it and he's hard on Titan, but it's a nice machine.

Super easy to put together. It's not commercial quality BUT it gets the job done. Wiggles a little bit it means nothing. The bolts for attaching the chair are too short. They should probably be M10*95 or M10*105 instead of the included M10*85 bolts. Was forced to attach the bolts without the washers. Also, the instructions should clearly state that the chair frame needs to go on before the diagonal brace.

It's really sturdy and have had no need to bolt it down with no signs of tipping or sliding on my rubber flooring. The two complaints I have is the smoothness of the trolley sliding along the guide rods and then the width of the leg pads. But, I guess you get what you pay for.
