 This offers between 90% and 95% of what a true functional trainer offers. Funny thing is, if you really miss the 4 foot spacing between the pull handles that a traditional functional trainer offers, it is still cheaper to buy 2 of these towers and space them 4 foot apart than it is to buy the cheapest plate loaded functional trainer, and over $1000 cheaper than buying a functional trainer with the pin and weight stacks.  This is a must buy!

This is a must have piece of gym equipment that could function as your only weight lifting machine.
