So it turns out that Sims 4 has almost 50 DLC packs, and the total cost of all of them plus the base game is over 900$, and EA still wonders why people hate them.

When Sims 3 came out I was upset to see they had removed a ton of stuff from the game that was in Sims 2 and made you buy it from their game store for cash. I had done the math to see how much it would cost to get all the stuff that you had in Sims 2 in Sims 3 and it came out to around another $600 to $700. Haven’t bought or played another EA game since. Apparently, those of us boycotting EA aren’t making much of a difference, but I refuse to give them any of my money still.

A few flaws but a GREAT game, a little slow on my MacBook

I am playing on my MacBook, an Intel 2.4Ghz 4GB of Memory, an Intel GMA X3100 Graphics card. I must admit that the game runs much slower than I expected. It is by no means unbearable but when in buy or build mode it takes extra time going through the catalog.
