 Again, from what I can tell everything is the same, it'll probably be easier for me to show it to you on the blue color than it will be on the black, so as you can see it's just a slight bit longer, about a half inch to three quarters of an inch. You get one zipper, kind of wish there was two sometimes, but you get one zipper, arm length just a slight bit longer which is always welcome because you're wearing gloves or mittens that's nice to have the extra coverage. In the chest I have that little bit extra room for the chest and shoulders which is perfect and in fact there's enough room where I can wear a mid layer underneath it so I've used something that around like 60 gram active insulation from all kinds of brands, not just North Face, in fact I've got a really cool review on North Face Ventrix active insulation piece I'll do up next, it's not out yet as well, but I've really been enjoying that. We've also used it with other brands active insulation and been really really good

 The hood is fantastic, it's helmet compatible, three-way adjustable, two on the side, one on the rear, semi-stiffened, on the inside you get two nice stretchy drop pockets, boom and boom. The North Face Summit Series FUTURELIGHT Stimson Jacket Review 
The North Face Stimson Jacket comes out Fall 2022 and replaces the Freethinker Jacket.  From what I can after testing them both, the Stimson has the same features and fit as the Freethinker. Which I am happy about. I really like the Freethinker and wound up using it most of the days splitboarding over the 2022 winter and spring.

 This is the brand new North Face Stimson Jacket featuring the Futurelite Waterproof Belong

 Why do I have a second jacket in my hand?

 Well this is the Freethinker from North Face and the Stimson replaces the Freethinker.

 Now I've got an extensive detailed review on the Freethinker, I've really been enjoying

 From what I can tell, everything is the same with the Stimson from the Freethinker, thank

 So for reference, I am 6 foot 1, 45 inch chest, 33 inch waist, 36, 37 on the arms.

 The size large that I'm wearing in the black jacket right here is a fantastic fit.

 The length is perfect, the hem is nice, it's not too big in the waist, arm length as you

 saw was fantastic, it looks really really sharp.

 One slight catch I have is I'm 210 pounds and a lot of my weight is up in my chest, shoulders

 I have a V shape which is usually really good, sometimes it gets in my way for sizing so

 I also have an extra large in the Freethinker and I actually prefer the way the extra large

 fits just because I don't feel it in my armpit.

 I've actually used this jacket quite a bit and been totally fine and not in my head about

 it when I'm out touring around and having a good time split boarding, but compared to

 the extra large I do appreciate that little bit more room right here.

 I might as well just show you what the fit looks like, in fact I'll put it on over the
