(But after I see how other companies use lower quality bike parts for their e-bikes I stick with my purchase). The bike is even faster than I imagined. I ride Super73, Juiced and test ride several other e-bikes and there is no another e-bike that I ride at this power and speed.

* Range : I think Super73 S2 has better range. * Suspension : Ariel Rider has better front suspension and also has rear suspension.

Super73 style frames are horrible for actually pedaling. That wide motorcycle café racer seat is not fun for inner thighs. Not to mention the height and distance of the seat in relation to the pedals is way off for anything resembling efficient pedaling. If you want a lot of power to throttle only sometimes and also want to actually pedal, I'd look something with an actual bicycle seat.

For a 2 mile commute in a college setting, I'd probably go with the ebike, although I'm not sure a Super73 S2 would be my first choice. At $2,700, it's expensive for what it is. The battery is pretty good size, but the fat tires have high drag and the moped geometry makes it difficult to pedal. It also lacks proper fenders.

Buy a very legal commonly used in the area brand bike, something the police see every day. change out the hub and controller for a stealth build. Probably still cheaper than a Super73.

In start I feel Super73 S2 is better but in terms of top speed Ariel is faster. \- Ariel Rider is better on hills. \- Range : I don't ride that long to try but I think Super73 must be better here.

Super73 S2 owner. I would recommend the Grizzly 52v by Ariel Rider. Pretty sure that's my next purchase. Just a bit more expensive than what you're looking at, but has top speed of 36, up to 75 miles range, full suspension and dual motors/batteries.

If you want an ebike with a moped look there are several options as well: Ariel Rider, Super73, Coast Cycles and Monday Morning Motorbikes to name a few... Have fun!
