Spyderco C211 SpydieChef review
And the positive blade to handle angle make for very ergonomic cutting; especially on a flat surface, like a cutting board. Using the SpydieChef to open packages, cut strings or break down cardboard boxes went as easy as you could imagine. The LC200N held up quite well
Spyderco Spydiechef Review: The Best Knife Of 2019 | GearJunkie
With its keen cutting edge, simple and robust design, and amazing all-around steel, the Spydiechef is my one knife to rule them all in 2019. BladeHQ currently sells the Spyderco Spydiechef for $218.

Spyderco Spydiechef Review — Everyday Commentary
Overall Score: 20 out of 20; PERFECT If there is ever a moment of consensus among the IKC (Internet Knife Community), stop and pay attention. While there are some outliers (ahem Auston ahem), for the most part everyone that has a bit of experience with knives reached the same conclusion I did—this is a pretty damn good knife.
The Spyderco SpydieChef: A Versatile Chef’s Knife in Your Pocket
The usual result (as expected) was a knife that was indeed good for kitchen use, but only for kitchen use. Good luck trying to skin a whitetail with a folding sushi knife. Now the SpydieChef’s genesis was very different; it was designed foremost as a lightweight EDC folder with great ergonomics and a good edge-to-handle ratio

The Spyderco SpydieChef: A Versatile Chef’s Knife in Your Pocket
This angle makes the blade an even better slicer, even if it’s just a bit incremental. As you can see, the changes are rather subtle, but what could you expect when the original Spydiechef was already a great piece? I’ve been using the CQI version for about three months now, mostly to check out its cutting performance and edge retention with the new blade angle. As you might guess, it cuts and slices like a champ, with no downgrade in keeping its edge

It's Not a Slysz Bowie, But It's Also $165.50 Less Expensive! The KnifeJoy Spydiechef.
I mean, I don't begrudge Marcin Slysz any of the hype currently surrounding his work or the way everyone dives on his latest pieces, because he's the guy who did the Spydiechef and people love that knife. I hope it's given him lasting financial security. But I'm here to tell you that expecting his next knife to be as good as the Spydiechef is probably a foolish thing to do whether you look at the industry statistically or him as an individual designer.

Great in the field or the kitchen
I love everything about this knife. After purchasing it to fit a very specific role, that of a folding ‘chef’s knife’, I quickly realized that it is actually my ideal everyday carry. The blade steel is awesome, lc200n. It is beyond stainless in terms of corrosion resistance. I live very close to the...
