The Bowie Handled Single Knife September Well.

Every September, I take the challenge of carrying only a single knife all month. This year, the Slysz Bowie got to keep me company. The knife handled it well, showing only a bit of wear on the scales from random stuff in my pockets … and from being dropped a few times 😬 whoops. Spyderco must treat their M390 well because I only had to do a couple “touch ups” on the edge.

Let me begin by stating that I like Spyderco products in general. I have a PM2, PM3, a Delica 4, as well as a Dragonfly, and they all fit their intended purposes very well. This knife is an odd departure for Spyderco IMO. It's VERY simple in design, and perhaps priced a bit high for such simplicity....
