I wish it had a visor and was torn between this one (300 grams) and Smith Optics Engage (360 grams), which does have a visor, bit eventually decided to go with this one. I feel like I can wear it all day long without even noticing it, and I figured that when I need a visor I can put a cap under it.

I've tried many helmets $100--$300 and I have owned many helmets as a long time ironman triathlete. This one fits perfectly and i don't even notice it when worn because of great ventilation, comfort, and low weight. It's also designed with MIPS safety. Very good job on this helmet Smith.

I have always had Pearl Izumi helmets, decided to try this one based on the great reviews. It fits well and I love the colors! I read many reviews that said the MIPS feature on the inside of many helmets pulled at their hair, and I have not had that problem at all with this helmet.

This helmet is so great. My old giro had the interior pads peeling off and well, was in a crash. I treated myself to this MIPS helmet and I’m so glad I picked this one. It’s light, it’s comfy and…it matches my bike. Wins all around.
