I have 3 daughters, ages 3, 6 and 9, their heads are between 52-53 cm. I could not get a good fit on any of them. The ear straps cannot be tightened enough because of the ear splitter and the dial is flimsy. I returned the helmet.

Bought these for our 7 & 10 year old children - great helmets - the flouro orange is super bright which is perfect for London. Poc should think about doing this colour in an adult version for cyclists who want to be seen.
