Simucube 2 Sport

I starting looking at wireless formula style wheels and the general consensus seemed to be that these 2 are the best (on the "cheaper" side at least). I couldn't find a lot of information comparing the 2 so thought I'd give you my thoughts, feel free to ask me questions about them or the simucube. I got these in the UK from DemonTweeks and paid £750 for the formula sport (CCFS) and £640 for the F28.

None of these qualify as high-end consumer wheel.

Best one imo is Simucube 2 Pro (Ultimate is waaaay too expensive for whatever tiny improvement it may bring).

I cancelled my pre order and went for the Simucube 2 Sport with Cube Controls Formula Sport Wireless Wheel. This is mainly because I have the patience of a 2 year old. Absolutely loving the Simucube though and will never need to upgrade again

If you already have a sturdy rig and don't care about budget, a popular go to is Simucube 2 Pro and Heusinkveld Sprint pedals. This is what I run and I don't feel like I will ever need new equipment.

You only have to watch his review of the Simucube 2 pro when he swapped from the DD2 to the Simucube 2 and he held nothing back in regards to Fanatec when he knew Fanatec wouldn't send him stuff in the future plus i class my self as a pretty good judge of character and trust what Stilyan tells me. I will add to my comment if any is still active on this post lol.

The SC2 pro was cheaper than the DD2 and was in stock. I reduced cost by not buying a podium hub and the cost difference between the HE Sprints and the V3 was only $400 after removing the additional brake mods for the V3.

Ordered my simucube 2 pro from Murray Motorsport nearly a month and a half ago to Toronto, and can attest to everything you said. I would easily order shit from them again.

I own the Simucube 2 Sport with a Cube Controls Formula Sport Wireless Wheel and it absolutely blew me away. Can't fault it in any way. I have never used a DD1 though so can't compare unfortunately

Please make it clear: Do you actually use a OSW Simucube right now? Or do you think about getting one?

If you want to buy, I would suggest go for the simucube 2 sport. They are really good.

I started with a G29 then upgraded to club sport v3 pedals with the G29 wheel, then upgraded to a Simucube 2 Pro.

I would recommend pedals first for sure.
