 I just put it on right over the top of it, use it to pump, and then throw it in my bag. It has strap attachments on both sides, and I will show you why. When you put it on, you'll notice that it zips right in the front. So you could wear it zipping from bottom to top, which I usually do

Edit: it is rough, but I slip some reusable nipple pad things for soaking up leaking milk and it feels fine.

I use the nursing/pumping bra from them daily, it’s the only bra I like that is good for pumping at work. It is supportive and not lumpy either. It’s like a sports bra for me, so not ideal for some shirts, but when I pair it with my latched mama nursing shirts, it’s convenient and comfortable.

Has anyone tried these and liked them or have a better recommendation? Heading back to work soon and need something that doesn't look all lumpy under my clothes. Thanks!

 I'm just going to zip it up and voila, I am ready to pump. Now one last thing to point out, the zipper in the front can be zipped from the bottom up or if it's easier for you just flip the bra over and you can zip it closed from the top down. Some women, particularly larger breasted women, find it easier to zip it closed from the top down versus zipping it closed from the bottom up. The choice is totally up to you

 I'm here today to teach you how to set the size of your pumping bra the first time. So when you open the pumping bra package, here's your pumping bra. And what I want to point out is in the front you have a zipper, in the back you have a Velcro panel. So to set the size the first time, all you'll need to do is unzip the bra, wrap it around your rib cage, around your breast, and right away you'll be able to tell if you need to make the bra smaller or bigger

 But once you've set it that first time you should really only use the zipper in the front of the bra to take it on and off rather than taking it off by unhooking the Velcro. Now I feel like okay this is going to work. I'm just going to zip it up and voila, I am ready to pump. Now one last thing to point out, the zipper in the front can be zipped from the bottom up or if it's easier for you just flip the bra over and you can zip it closed from the top down

 Because of this, I usually only use this bra while I'm working at my computer and will truly not be using my hands at all. I wear my normal nursing bra and then just slip this on over it when it's time to pump. The other thing is that you probably couldn't use this bra in the presence of someone else if you were trying to be modest, like at work or something. I feel like pictures are misleading and make you think you could but that's just not realistic

 I have spilt some milk while trying to get it out. I have to be sure I dont unzip the bra fully before taking out the flange, to ensure that it doesn't tip over and spill. My only other complaint is that it is pretty difficult if you need to do breast compressions if your breasts are really full, like I do. You can't really get your hands in there very well, and doing it on the outside of the bra is not very effective

 It's not hard to get on over a nursing bra with easy front zipper. I'm looking forward to it's ease of use when I return to work.

For reference: I'm wearing a 34K nursing bra with this Large-XXL pumping bra overtop. I have the velcro back sizing adjustment is fairly close to center. Love that you can add center extenders at the zipper (extra purchase) for extra fur adjustment options. I had checked out the smaller size in person and thought the larger would provide better coverage; but while it is wider, it somehow seems to just be more excess below vs boob coverage? The look is the main reason I didn't give it a full 5stars
