2 Years - Decently Good but not absolute top tier

 Alright, it doesn't even look like it's dirty or worn or anything. It still cuts and files just just as nice as when I first got it. So yeah. even though this Bokor set is very nice and this Italian cutter is very nice whenever I go to cut my fingernails

 So I didn't know that infant clippers exist. They're literally tiny little clippers. the head on there. but uh, but yeah, although these are kind of cool, these do work, you know? Totally fine

 They have infant nail clippers I don't even know those things existed I told Christine and she's like, eh, of course yeah I mean there's things she knows I don't know there's things I know she doesn't know. So anyway, I was I was blown away by that I never had a child yet. So I didn't know that infant clippers exist. They're literally tiny little clippers

 So anyway, that is that if you guys are in the market for nail clippers or if you're thinking about it right now and going yeah, my dollar store no Clippers are horrible. You might want to invest the you know, whatever it is 13 I would say 10 to 15 dollars to be safe somewhere in that range. These costs highly worth it. Best Nail Clippers I Have Ever Used... "Seki Edge" From Japan & They Are Affordable Too !!!

 The Seki clippers clip cleanly and sharply, and clippings don’t fly all over the room! That said, ergonomics could be better. The lever is at such a steep angle when deployed that your thumb tends to slide forward as you press. Also, there is no detent in the body to keep the lever in place when folded. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this product as a major improvement on cheap clippers

High quality clippers

This expensive little nail clipper feels heavy compared to other cheaper clippers. It cuts easily, although I noticed it didn't always cut the nail on the first squeeze, and I have really thin nails. The best thing is that it doesn't spray nail clippings all over. I've used it once and it seems to be well made and good quality

These nail clippers are sharp! Fastest snip in the West and everywhere else! But, had a little issue fitting my nails between the clippers - not as easy as using those cheap Revlon nail clippers. And no nail file.

The nail file is great for finger nails, but not very good for toe nails. It is a bit small and doesn't get under the toe nail very well.

Go from finger nail CLIPPER to finger nail CUTTER! It is time for all humanity to demand BETTER results from such important tools. How often do you cut your nails? Every week, every month? But how often do you use your fingers?? Why should cutting your nails weaponize them?!?  You're here because, like me, you're done with chopped-up hack jobs, and you're ready to spend what it takes to feel awesome about what just happened at your finger tips. Good news: you found it, and everyone is saying that in these reviews for good reason.  I'll try not to repeat all the other reviews (solid stainless instead of chrome plated pot-metal, made in Japan, intentionally made to be good rather than 'enough', does improve on the job, etc

YES, they ARE better.  An appreciably, substantially cleaner cut!

 I am not sure what the two slots on the edge of the handle are for but I assume that it is for style and to help lighten the weight. I also appreciate the stainless steel material. The brushed stainless steel found on the body and the smooth sandblasted surface look on the handle is nicer than the chrome plated or "gold" plated shiny ones typically found elsewhere. The angles and curvatures throughout the design also contribute to a nice looking clipper

5 stars out of 5 because it is not absolutely perfect but close to it. However I will give these 5 stars since this is the best nail clipper I have ever experienced.  As a side note I feel like these nail clippers give the similar unexplainable good feeling that is produced by Felco Classic PrunersFelco Classic Manual Hand Pruner #F-2 (for gardening purposes which I highly recommend) when using it and yielding great results. If you own one you know what I mean

 As with any tool you need to get used to it. I recommend cutting a little less nail in the beginning until you get the hang of it (no pun intended). For me I got a little carried away in the beginning and I cut off too much nail. After a day of handling items, opening doors, and typing on the computer, I noticed my nail was slightly separated from the finger on the very tip causing it to be sore (sorry for those who are squeamish)

 However, if you are mainly using it for manicure or pedicure purposes at home, then you can always buy a separate file for the job. Also note that in addition to not having a file it also does not have a finger/toe jam picker. Hey it sounds nasty but this is all part of the cleaning process! But it's okay because if I see jam, I'd rather just cut my nails short and give them a good washing. - White Sticker: The white rectangular shaped sticker with "Seki Edge" logo in red and black looks like it might come off over time

 Forth, the mechanism is designed to work smoothly with no ill fitting, loose or wobbly parts. It's simply the best fingernail clipper I've EVER used and I can highly recommend it.  Given that people's priorities do vary, there are a few product details you should consider before purchasing .

 D) The metal is such low quality that any significant encounter with water gets them rusting like crazy. E) Even the better ones have such poorly shaped cutting edges that they'd be better described as "nail crunchers", leaving a rough edge instead of a smooth, clean edge. Some cutting edges are so poor they won't even cut cleanly through loose skin around the nail.  If these gripes about the common nail clipper ring a bell with you, then I strongly suggest you try the Seki Edge Stainless Steel Nail Clipper

 I suspect that I am a lot more interested in a quality nail clipper than the average person who's sufficiently satisfied with the chrome plated items we find in most drugstores and grocery stores. If the average nail clipper you find in the local store is good enough for you, then there's no reason to read this review.  Personally, I find the typical chrome plated, "inexpensive" nail clipper to be utterly maddening. Why? A) the chrome plating often starts falling off before you even open the package and it begins to fall off even faster when you begin using the clippers; B) the cutting edge on most brands is utterly inconsistent
