Unfortunately, your SanDisk Ultra was likely roasted by the dashcam. They are notorious for premature failures with dashcams, and in fact, you must only use dash-cam rated cards with dashcams. It's not a card speed issue, it's the fact that dashcams continuously write to the card and the card doesn't have time to cool off between writes.

They are far too slow and will generate excessive heat while trying to write files (and this will lead to file corruption or even damage your camera).
