Look into the Samsung Jet series. They're currently on sale on their website. If you don't mind buying open box items, the Jet 60 can be had for around $100 on Ebay. I just bought one myself. They're incredibly good value.

I was very disappointed in the length of time before the battery just stops. I have only been able to use it for about 7 - 10 minutes before it just shuts off and you have to recharge it for 20 minutes before you can use it again.
