I’ve had this dryer for just over a year so it’s not covered under warranty. It will not heat anymore. From the research I’ve done, it will continue to break even after fixing it. Search the model number and you’ll see the problems that owners are having. This purchase was a regrettable mistake.

What a piece of junk.

I bought this dryer because I have had such good luck with our TV and refrigerator. This dryer is 13 months old, one month out of warranty, and it has gone belly up. It will cost me half of what I paid for it to have it repaired. I may just purchase a new dryer but it won't be a Samsung.
