I have griffons on multiple pairs and my only complaint is they're slightly harder to step into. I just buy the cheapest between griffons, attack 13, Warden 13, sth2 wtr 13, or look Spx12.

Salomon Warden 13's would work. They're MNC so they would work with everything but a touring sole. Could go down to the 11's to save cash. They're pretty cheap for a good binding online.

Looking for Ski/Binding Recommendations

That will help with ski recommendations. For bindings, any of the Salomon/Atomic Warden 13, Marker Griffon 13, Tyrolia Attack 13, or Look Pivot 14/15 will be fine. The Pivots are all metal (durable) and offer the most elasticity, but if you're not shredding hard and hitting jumps/rails/etc you won't really be accessing the performance benefits they offer.
