Demo for sure. There are lots of skis out there to try.

The Blizzard Black Pearl 88s, Salomon Stance 94, Moment Hot Mess, Rossignol Rallybird 92. Any of those would be a good place to start.

\- salomon stance 96. I am a experenced skier. I love to carve on piste, but also want a ski that has a lot of pop and where i can do little tricks like 360s with.

Lightweight carving options?

no crazy rocker, medium turning radius, 96mm waist, decent camber. My girlfriend has it as her only ski (freebird). Downside is that it might not hold the edge as good as other skis especially if you are a bit heavier. Other options would be something from Dynastar M series or Salomon Stance/QST.

Intermediate-Advanced All-Mountain?

I recently had a chance to ski Salomon Stance 90 and 96 in a ski test week, where I also skiied about ten other pairs in the same week. I like both widths of the Stance, and I am sure they would work great for What you describe. However, I also skied the Völkl Mantra M6, and I really, really liked them, and They will be my next skis.
