), so far I have been sitting on a Sorinex Squat Box and using the Rogue Cerakote Curl Bar. The Preacher Pad is super light, the foam density is perfect as far as allowing for it to conform to your midsection and chest, but certainly stiff and supportive enough not to “give” in a detrimental way while using it with heavier weight.

Just had my first workout w the Rogue curl bar and man is it nice. Honestly didn’t think there could be such a difference between curl bars. u/SFW19 pretty happy with my purchase, don’t have to wait for Vulcan or wright anymore for sure lol

Haven't tried skullcrushers yet but if curls had this much movement in-hand I'm not thrilled to put the bar above my head, lol. Will also plan to chalk up a bit and see if that helps but the e-coat is so slick and the knurl so passive that I don't think it will hold chalk very well. Coating aside, the camber feels excellent and the construction is everything you'd expect from Rogue.One of my sleeves is making a funny noise when spinning but I'm guna oil it and if that doesn't work I'm sure a teardown + cleaning inside will help (there was a lot of cardboard dust on the shaft from the packaging which was made worse by the residual oils on the bar - I'm guessing some dust migrated into the sleeves).
