Turns out you don’t need a ton of space to cover all the bases weightlifting-wise. This is my first setup in my one-bedroom apartment and it works perfectly. The major players here are the Rogue HR-2 rack, the Rogue Bar 2.0, Rogue Curl Bar, Rogue Echo bumper plates, Rep Fitness AB-5000 bench, PowerBlock Pro series adjustable dumbbells, and some other miscellaneous lifting accessories like weight belts, collars, a step box, yoga mats, and a foam roller. This is more than enough to get a full body workout and it’s been fun getting creative with a limited space and set of equipment.

Those looking out for Rogue curl bars, I expect some to show up for sale soon. I had a problem with the non-rackable I received a few weeks back, so they queued up a replacement order. The replacement curl bar was picked and shipped yesterday.

The Preacher Pad is super light, the foam density is perfect as far as allowing for it to conform to your midsection and chest, but certainly stiff and supportive enough not to “give” in a detrimental way while using it with heavier weight.

My local FedEx and the box (thin cardboard wrapped in tape and plastic shrink wrap) was already busted at one end with the bar sticking out. Small knicks on one sleeve, dented on the end of the exposed sleeve, and worn through coating on small areas of the shaft even before using. I can live with the blemishes given the price, but really wish they’d improve their shipping. Overall, still recommend for those looking for a good Rogue Curl bar alternative.

Just picked up a Rep curl bar ($158 after tax). Really loving it and glad I didn't try spend more. I had been watching for used ones in my area for months, but no luck with anything quality.
