Rogue Parallel Landmine

This is why I also have a rack attached Landmine. Pretty tough to keep them grounded when the weight gets heavier.

This is a quality built item. I ended up returning however because it is tall and the grips are huge. I ended up opting for old school placing of a handle under the bar to do t bar rows.

Wasn’t expecting this handle to be as large or heavy when receiving. It’s useful but limited and a little clunky. Really there are better choices that would work if your looking.

Landmine is a simple cheap purchase. Adds a lot of variations.

Cable System is the biggest item missing IMO.

Bowflex dumbbells add a lot. I love mine.
