Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0

Literally a matter of seconds to get it into or out of the position you want. Although both benches weigh approximately the same (~125 lbs) the Rogue is much more maneuverable. The handle position and style makes it much easier to pick up and roll around. I moved the Rep bench without difficulty, but my wife struggled with it.

Read before buying!!!!! So this bench was actually a struggle to put together! There was no clear instructions how to put it together besides pictures. If it was 12" I would have one on the way, as my other complaint with the bench is the pad is just a touch narrower than I prefer. Edit: for any early adopters of the 3.0 that like me, make poor financial decisions involving gym equipment, Rogue says the premium pad should be available on their web page for purchase as a standalone upgrade item in the near future.

As mentioned in other reviews, the hardware and tools provided didn't fit. I did have my own bolts and tools, so I made it work and once I got it together, it was just fine. I'm a small woman (< 100 lbs), so it is sturdy enough for me to use in my home gym for everything I need it for. I am not sure...

Product seemed great until it was time to assemble. Frustrated trying to put it together with the wrong screws and bolts!

Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 basically looks like what the Rep AB-5200 should’ve been. Going to be very competitive since the shipping is lower than other Rogue benches.

This bench has met all my expectations. I would say it’s for a beginner to intermediate lifter because it is only designed to withstand 375 lbs. of weight (including your body weight).
