The motion detection was poor. Would go off when a car drove by but wouldn't go off when delivery person walked right up to it. Adjusted a bunch of things to no avail. Had to talk with 3 people in customer service

 Unsure what changes or updates they made that I couldn't do myself in the settings menu. I have 2 other Ring products and this is the only one with problems. My other two cameras work fine.
