I feel like it's spinning too fast and will cut me. Now, I'm considering switching to a foil razor with a better rating (Remington F5-5800). I've seen a video of someone shaving their neck with this razor, which makes me feel more confident. However, I feel like a safety razor would provide me more control and since it's not electric, I feel like it is less likely to cut me (although I've heard that in practice, it is the reverse).
