So what's the verdict on the red giant, kumara k52 for a keyboard of this price at $ 35, it's really hard to complain.

Honestly could do a bit better for the same price/$10-$15 more. G305, Viper Mini, Glorious Model D/O ($40-$50). Any membrane or cheap mechanical on Amazon (Red Dragon K552 for $32). Either go for the Arctis 1 on Amazon for $80, or go for a kraken X for $50.

The Redragon K552 has a hot swappable version, I believe. If I were you, I'd consider getting the hot swappable version, so that if the first type of switch is not to your liking, you can simply get new switches as opposed to having to get a new keyboard all together.

Get a Redragon K552 as a starter.

Red switches for silent actuation- nice for homes & offices, very easy to trigger.

Blue switches are clicky and are nice for gaming & typing.

At $33 you can't go wrong with this choice, it's built surprisingly well!

So I'm trying to get a new mechanical keyboard for my setup and my current keyboard (which is my first ever mechanical one) is a Redragon K552 from a thrift store that feels very overused and old. I am currently interested in the GK61 and was wondering what key switches to get. I am going to mostly be gaming but I also want a good typing experience as well.
