I bought this based on the information of "Fits head sizes 21.5 to 23 inches". I received the item. Inside it says V17, so I think it's the same model

 I put feedback for Amazon to please change the incorrect description, but wanted to give a notice to potential buyers in the meantime. Also, if you know your head shape is more oval this probably won't fit well. Nice helmet otherwise!

INCORRECT measurements in Amazon Description

These helmets have serious sizing issues. First, I got the child version (5+), which Amazon stated would fit head sizes 55-57 cm. The one I got says 53-55 cm which didn't fit my daughter (54cm head). Ordered the "youth" version (8+), Amazon says 56-59

 The sizing problem is costing the helmet online industry a lot of money for no reason. Another point is that the helmet industry is not well-defined so when I say "good quality" I mean it looks good but I don't know if this item has passed certain tests for example test a for quality A and test b for ..

Good quality but not the right size

 No big deal since it's just cosmetic.  Went to local toys r us store and saw the same exact thing but smaller size to fit 6 yr old, at way higher price, but it came with extra pads! So I came back home to look at my Amazon shopping history and found that it is supposed to come with extra pads, and we just miss the return/exchange deadline!!!  Just for the fact that you can't customize the fit without extra padding, I wanted to give this product 1 star review. But my son's happy so I guess as a toy it's a 2 star.

5 years old with a slightly larger than average head and it fits him great, has enough room for him to use for several years and matches perfectly with his black and green BMX bike. The best part about this helmet? The price! Not only did I have trouble finding a helmet that would fit him well and was age appropriate to grow into but almost every one he tried on that actually did fit, was way overpriced. This Razor helmet was a steal at under $10! Shipping was also fast (although I do have Amazon Prime) and this helmet seems like my sons big head is finally safe and well protected! The straps are also easily adjustable and the buckle has never pinched his little chin. The reason for the one star deduction is because at times he does complain that the helmet "hurts" the top of his head, I'm not sure if this is because of the padding inside (which he's not quite used to yet) or because the velcro padding inserts may rub against his skin
