 This goes back to my high school days and musty army navy surplus backpacks. But recently, my wife and I went to REI to get hydration packs for XC skiing in Central Oregon. The salesman described and showed us differences between Osprey and another major brand. I appreciated his comments, liked the looks of the Raptor 14, and it felt comfortable
