While we like the numerous attachments and quick heating time of the PurSteam, we did not like its flimsy feel. Specifically, the head of the mop is rather loose, requiring extra effort to keep it moving in a straight line. Additionally, this mop does not clean as well as some of the higher-priced mops. The PurSteam will get the job done on the tough stains and caked-on dirt, but cleaning these messes requires a little more time. With this in mind, we think that the unit is priced correctly and that the casual user will be happy with its performance. After all, the unit is among the more adaptable steam mops on the market.

 I honestly thought that the grout in the bathroom was put on heavy and had stained over time, as I have used cleaner after cleaner and lots of scrubbing and the floors just never looked any different. We assumed the tile work was original to the house (1980) and was dingy, but not horrible. The plan was to eventually redo the bathroom, and I felt like the floor was clean enough with what I had been doing. Was I ever wrong! I wish I had taken some photos of the process; this steamer has made my bathroom floor look like new; I had no idea the grout was as filthy until I saw what was coming off! The brush attachments worked great for getting into the grout lines

 I'm going to buy more later so I can have a microfiber pad for each room. I can't wait to try out the window squeegee attachment, and the grout cleaner attachment in my shower.  I definitely recommend this product. Was worth every penny in my eyes

A breeze to use.

 So you have to hold it in a strange contorionist way to clean anything above shoulder level, like the top of the shower. Doesn't seem to clean the floor as good as my old one. Already seems to be losing power somewhere as it does not get the bathroom area cleaned as well as it once did. Not sure if the heating element is going out or what

Good starter or apartment model

 I see mold that I can't get to :( I thought a steam cleaner would do the job and it has!  What I don't love is that the water chamber definitely doesn't hold enough for one pass of the house. I had to fill it again once just to get this hallway done (although I did do multiple passes). It's also slightly hard to push when you're going forward which I think just means it's really getting the floor good but still, it's slightly tough to push. Kinda ruins the whole lightweight thing if you ask me

For the price it's 👌🏻

 Our rental house is all tile and all the mopping and all the tricks were just not getting it cleaned. I needed help. My husband suggested we buy a steamer. So after reading multiple reviews on different steamers this one beat out the rest

I had a shark steamer and it broke after a few uses. Shark replaced it and then the new one broke again. Gave up on shark and any “high-end” expensive steamer for my floors. Was searching for something that was - lightweight - actually worked - had attachments for multiple uses (cleans grout like a champ) - could be used on multiple surfaces - could be used as a handheld - easy to maneuver - easy to store/transport - doesn’t break the budget  This steamer checked ALL of those boxes!  The reason it has 4 stars and not 5, is because the day I got it, the squeegee attachment broke
