 I then felt the need to try this to myself to see what she went thru. I washed my face with this product and allowed it to get in my eye and it stung and burned till it was easily rinsed out. Why is this labeled tear free? I know common sence tells you to try to avoid contact with eyes with any product like this. It has Himalayan pink sea salt and grapefruit essential oil in it so of course it's going to sting if it gets in your eyes! Do not advertise this product as tear free because it is not! I'd also like it if this product could come in the lavender vanilla scent like the hand soaps do

I like the Puracy brand a lot and its idea to refill instead of getting a new bottle every time so of course I purchased its baby wash and shampoo for my kids. When I first used it I didn’t notice anything particularly bad so I purchased a refill pack too. But when summer came and my two-year-old became more active, the shampoo couldn’t get rid of the sweaty smelly smell off my kid’s hair. I didn’t know if it’s the shampoo or I didn’t clean his hair well until I switched to noodle and boo and cetaphil and saw an immediate change in the situation

Leave skin dry and doesn’t clean toddler hair well

 I asked my oldest if it made her eyes burn, and she said yes. I washed my hair with it and rubbed the suds in my eyes to see for myself, and sure enough, it stung my eyes! I love the crisp citrus scent, but have to give this a low rating on account of it not being tear free and making my baby cry :( But we do love Puracy Lavender & Vanilla hand soap! And I'd like to add that since I posted this review, I was contacted by Puracy and given a refund. That's great customer service, and that's worth giving Puracy another chance :) Maybe we just got a funky, unlucky batch of baby soap.

I really like that this brand received great review on EWG website and the Environmental Working Group gives it an A rating. The bag is also really good deal since it's a larger bag that I can pour into small bottles. the only thing is that this has fragrance and the scent is quite strong. I think I will use less pumps since the citrusy smell is quite strong

 The only thing that I don't like is that while it smells good in the bottle, it leaves a little bit of a not so sweet soapy smell. I wish that the citrus was a bit more pronounced to cover the shampoo/wash ingredients.
