The grooves do not hold plates upright, so if you put things in, and they lean against each other, they will still be wet the next morning. I generally vary my dishes like plate, cup, plate, bowl, which helps a little in keeping the dishes off one another.

 I'm like a machine when I wash dishes, and it's habit for me to throw silverware into the rack 4 at a time. If you do that with this dish rack, the silverware holder will pop out, which is super annoying. -The dishrack only drains well if everything is put in carefully.  It's made to come apart so that the rack can be folded down, but putting silverware in is a hassle. If you have even moderately heavy silverware, you have to place it in the rack carefully.  But, I have to say, this is much better. You don't get stale water, it cleans up a lot easier, the fold away ability is fantastic and I love that fact that I can just pile whatever the hell I want on top and not worry about it falling off the countertop. It's all in the sink, and all drains very quickly.

 Tends to get lost. +Easy to clean. Not much to add, just scrub it/hose it down. +As advertised, it fits any sink
