If it’s a little windy out, the napkins blow out. Very annoying.

 Load the napkins so folded ends are on top to make thumbing easier. When napkin pulls drag other napkins with it, just refill them into the unit’s main bunch. Sometimes you have to pull the bunch up so the napkins stand up through the flaps better. 3
