Top-notch quality you'd expect from Osprey. My son loves the bag all around, including the chest strap that doubles as a whistle! This is a 4.5★ offering because $50 is a tad high. I may reconsider if this bag endures as long as I think it should.

It's everything that we were expecting to get. Fit. It fits our 5 year old son well. Finish. Quality materials and build. Unlike the cheaper child backpacks. Value. For what it cost, we think it was a good buy.

Perfect size for my 5 year old grand daughter, not only for kindergarten, but weekend hikes as well. I was a little disappointed that the color is not as vibrant as it appears in the photo. It is a deeper red.
