I bought this hydration pack for running. It does hold tight to the body and that is the main concern. Also important to me is ventilation. Clearly Osprey considered this feature but it falls short for my needs. It might be asking too much to have both in a pack of this nature

Great idea, but I had to either return mine or give it away. I opted to give it away to someone I knew that needed one. The reason I had to get rid of it was that the sizes are just too darn small for my frame. Even with the straps fully extended. Large means large. Not xl.

I've been searching a long time for a medium volume vest style pack that will allow me to run with clothing and/or gear without it bouncing all over the place.
