Ortofon OM30

The OM30 and VM540ML are shaking out to be your most recommended. FYI - the 540ML is the replacement for the 440MLB, which is no longer made. Now, of the two: The Ortofon is more expensive both for initial purchase and stylus replacements.

I have a Dual 1237 with an Ortofon TM-10H and LP Gear Improved stylus for Ortofon TM-10H and a Technics SL-D2 with a Grado MC+ and a AT-130e with a LP Gear ATN125SLC.
