 I have been using this product for three months and i am very happy with my purchase. I have included a video of the unit taking my blood pressure. It begins by filling the cuff. Until the pulse beat is heard, then it begins to count down

 The unit comes with four double a batteries which are installed in the bottom of the base unit. Now you put the cuff on your arm a half inch above your elbow. I have been using this product for three months and i am very happy with my purchase. I have included a video of the unit taking my blood pressure

 I was especially impressed with the 5 year. Warranty, the back of the box emphasizes the easy wrap comfort fit cuff and the bluetooth capability to connect to the omron blood pressure application which you can download from any of the app stores. As you can see, the product comes nicely wrapped and protected included in the box. Is the registration information, a quick guide setup, the full manual, the ac adapter, the base unit, the cuff and batteries for the base unit? The cuff is very well made and easy to use

Today, i will be reviewing the omron 10 series upper arm. Blood pressure monitor the box is very well written on the front. You can see that it has bluetooth connectivity, it monitors irregular heartbeats, it will hold the memory for two people and has a comparison display screen and they provide the ac adapter. Both sides of the box show the product highlights

Worst wireless interface

 Um one of the one of the differences i find between these two is when you're putting the cups on um. They they all, are supposed to have the same positioning, but as you can see, this was pretty easy. Now i need to find a way where the air tube is going to go and i need to have proper position, so i'm not tensioning my arm to not vary the results that i'm going to get with the measurements um. So that's that's one difference that i consider important because the positioning where you are and where the device will be are important

 Nothing will be better than having your doctor taking your pressure, but you don't have your doctor in your pocket right. You cannot do that all the time. So there is a very good value on this um and as a solution, as i mentioned fantastic, if you want to keep it at home, um and and the core doesn't the air tube doesn't doesn't bother you too much and fantastic. If you want a nimbler version that you can take with you, one important note to mention a few people

 If i just shut my pie, hole, sit and relax. This will probably go up to 180 185 190 and then start taking the measurement from there all right done with this guy now the evolve um, let's put this guy here, as i mentioned, keep it to the side. First, don't tie it up too much, you get it right. There press the button

So this is something that you want to keep in mind, but if you're looking for an accurate reader, this is an excellent blood pressure monitor. So they go takes about 30 seconds to read and a good reason that I should be checking my right hand as well. Ideally, you want to be taking the average of your right and your left hand reading and that's what has suggested these days and if there's a large difference between your right and your left hand, reading or left arm reading, then you should definitely monitor that more closely And see a doctor overall excellent machine and I highly recommend having a blood pressure monitor at home, [ Music ]

As for accuracy, I believe this is accurate.  I tested against another unit I have, and the readings are also consistent with what I've been getting at my doctor's office.

A very good unit that I'd recommend.

 Just a little bit seems like it works its way out, putting it in and out of the drawer, so just make sure it's each time i check make sure. That'S all the way in i'll show you the proper procedure for putting this on, how to sit and how your arm should be. Okay. So first thing you want a chair that your feet touch the ground in, and you want a table in front of you because you're going to rest, your arm on the table and you're going to sit in the chair now this blood pressure cuff, has a diagram And it references this hose so you're going to want to use this hose is going to be pointed down towards your hand, right in the middle and a half inch above your elbow okay, so first thing make sure: there's no shirt! Okay, so see how i got it on my arm and i've got the tube pointed straight down to the center of my hand and i'm going to rest my hand

 I'M sitting straight in the chair. I'Ve got my back touching the back of the chair and i'm relaxed. Okay, so i've started the machine for taking blood pressure. It'S going to inflate, i'm just going to breathe

 Now i'm going to hit the back button, then i go to history and this is really nice. I can see all my blood pressure readings i've taken in the history, but what's even really nice about this, is you can export this? So, what's really nice is exporting. It click on these three little buttons up here at the top share csv via the email you're going to click on that you're going to select the dates you want, i'm going to click on this i want and all the way from june of last year to Now export csv file and then i'm going to complete the action and i'm going to complete it with gmail. So once i do that action, it brings up the gmail um app, but what's really nice is now i can fill in the two

 Um it's battery powered and it also has an ac adapter. I don't have the ac adapter with me right now, but the battery power seems to work really well, so the display what's really nice is you can set it up so user, one and user. Two, it's just a simple flip of a switch. So the thing is normally powered off and when you're ready to do the blood pressure measurement you're going to hit the start button and when you hit the start button, it powers it on and then it's going to inflate this and do the actual measurement
